The attributes of the Christian/Hebrew God are remarkably close to the attributes given to the gods of other cultures, ancient and modern. The defining of ‘God’ is the same as science/lore/theologians define space and time.
Preachers give the impression that God and the Serpent are adversarial, but it was God that told Moses to raise the serpent for healing. It was Jesus who said to be wise as serpents. There is a disconnect in the BS of preachers and the alleged word of God.
God is defined as everlasting, time without end, the beginning and the end, all-encompassing, infinite (which is also what space is), and the whole story of the Bible is that God was the beginning of all and God is the end of all.

In a riveting interview on TruNews Radio, Wednesday, private investigator Doug Hagmann said high-level, reliable sources told him the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is preparing for “massive civil war” in America.
“Folks, we’re getting ready for one massive economic collapse,” Hagmann told TruNewshost Rick Wiles.
“We have problems . . . The federal government is preparing for civil uprising,” he added, “so every time you hear about troop movements, every time you hear about movements of military equipment, the militarization of the police, the buying of the ammunition, all of this is . . . they (DHS) are preparing for a massive uprising.”
Hagmann goes on to say that his sources tell him the concerns of the DHS stem from a collapse of the U.S. dollar and the hyperinflation a collapse in the value of the world’s primary reserve currency implies to a nation of 311 million Americans, who, for the significant portion of the population, is armed.
Uprisings in Greece is, indeed, a problem, but an uprising of armed Americans becomes a matter of serious national security, a point addressed in a recent report by the Pentagon and highlighted as a vulnerability and threat to the U.S. during war-game exercises at the Department of Defense last year, according to one of the DoD’s war-game participants, Jim Rickards, author of Currency Wars: The Making of the Next Global Crisis.
Through his sources, Hagmann confirmed Rickards’ ongoing thesis of a fear of a U.S. dollar collapse at the hands of the Chinese (U.S. treasury bond holders of approximately $1 trillion) and, possibly, the Russians (threatening to launch a gold-backed ruble as an attractive alternative to the U.S. dollar) in retaliation for aggressive U.S. foreign policy initiatives against China’s and Russia’s strategic allies Iran and Syria.
“The one source that we have I’ve known since 1979,” Hagmann continued. “He started out as a patrol officer and currently he is now working for a federal agency under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security; he’s in a position to know what policies are being initiated, what policies are being planned at this point, and he’s telling us right now—look, what you’re seeing is just the tip of the iceberg. We are preparing, we, meaning the government, we are preparing for a massive civil war in this country.”
“There’s no hyperbole here,” he added, echoing Trends Research Institute’s Founder Gerald Celente’s forecast of last year. Celente expects a collapse of the U.S. dollar and riots in America some time this year.
Since Celente’s ‘Civil War’ prediction of last year, executive orders NDAA and National Defense Resources Preparedness were signed into law by President Obama, which are both politically damaging actions taken by a sitting president.
And most recently, requests made by the DHS for the procurement of 450 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition only fuels speculation of an upcoming tragic event expected on American soil.
These major events, as shocking to the American people as they are, have taken place during an election year.
Escalating preparatory activities by the executive branch and DHS throughout the last decade—from the Patriot Act, to countless executive orders drafted to suspend (or strip) American civil liberties “are just the beginning” of the nightmare to come, Hagmann said.
He added, “It’s going to get so much worse toward the election, and I’m not even sure we’re going to have an election in this country. It’s going to be that bad, and this, as well, is coming from my sources. But one source in particular said, ‘look, you don’t understand how bad it is.’ This stuff is real; these people, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), they are ready to fight the American people.”
TruNews‘ Wiles asked Hagmann: who does the DHS expect to fight, in particular? Another North versus South, the Yankees against the Confederates? Hagmann stated the situation is far worse than a struggle between any two factions within the U.S.; it’s an anticipated nationwide emergency event centered on the nation’s currency.
“What they [DHS] are expecting, and again, this is according to my sources, what they’re expecting is the un-sustainability of the American dollar,” Hagmann said. “And we know for a fact that we can no longer service our debt. There’s going to be a period of hyperinflation . . . the dollar will be worthless . . . The economic collapse will be so severe, people won’t be ready for this.”

For those uninitiated into this realm of inquiry, consider this a baptism by fire. For those who have seriously considered this weighty matter, we ask that you suspend all that you think you know … just for this short read. If you do, you might be very surprised, yet satisfied, with the conclusion of this essay.
The Laws of the Land
These laws are applicable during the current era of humanity known as the Kali Yuga (Age of Conflict) or Iron Age. They are not only the product of observations by many astute observers over millennia, but also the distillation of many a profound contemplation. Deep reflection on this question, which has bedeviled so many inhabitants of this earth plane, has produced the following laws of the land.
Law #1:
True worldly power never, ever reveals itself. It always stays hidden from view. If you think you see it, hear it, feel it, then it is not real power. This abiding modus operandi is what allows true worldly power to stay in the ascendant position, as well as to continue to accrue even more power unto itself.
Law #2:
Secrecy is the very essence of its grip on mundane power; therefore, it will always act with the utmost secrecy. With exposure comes vulnerability, and true worldly power will never risk such potential disclosure. Its superior position is forever maintained and solidified because it is a secret that none knows except the power itself. Even those who reside close to the peak of world power never know from whom the orders and dictates originate.
Law #3:
During the Kali Yuga, true worldly power never changes hands. It may appear to, but never really does. Just as the locus of geo-political power and military might appeared to shift over the millennia and centuries from the Egyptians to the Greeks to the Romans … to the French to the Spanish to the British, etc. the true power behind these various thrones and armies was the very same.
Law #4:
The deeper we plunge into the Kali Yuga, the darker and denser things get, the more layers and levels of deception are employed by those who exercise true worldly power. It employs an unlimited capacity for deceit and deception in order to maintain its secrecy, and accomplishes this by stealthy buffering. Therefore, it does become ever so more difficult to trace true mundane power back to its actual source. Hence, it becomes an exercise in futility in which many are engaged. The many layers/levels are interposed as buffers for protection and concealment, out of necessity. It is often this same form of expedient necessity that drives the countless misguided agendas issuing from the pinnacle of worldly power.
Law #5
At the end of the day – every day – whoever it is that runs the world answers to the very same Highest Power that you and I do. In fact, it is only through the Will of the Highest Power that those who operate at the pinnacle of earthly power even exist, much less control what happens here in the world of men.
Law #6
Regardless of how we feel about it, those who run the world are simply doing their job. They are doing exactly what they were, and are, tasked to do. They have their own destiny, as we have ours. They are completely subject to the outworking of their personal and collective karmas, as we have ours. In this darkest of ages, they represent the shadow sides of ourselves, which we must come to understand if we are ever to break free of their control matrix.
Law #7
At its very core, life on planet Earth is nothing more than a test. The Global Control Matrix (GCM), which is directed by those at the peak of worldly power, assists in maintaining a system of planetary control whereby no one can ever get away with anything. This highly controlled system has its own rules and regulations, some of which seem to be totally unreasonable, irrational, and downright crazy. Others seem purposefully destructive, divisive and self-defeating. Still others appear to be completely unjust, discriminatory and unfair.

Global Control Matrix MO, SOPs and Unwritten Policy
Now let’s consider some other very significant aspects of the Global Control Matrix (GCM), and especially some of the nuance and subtlety associated with the practical running of the world.
We trust that everyone comprehends exactly why those at the very pinnacle of worldly power always comply with the top two “laws of the land”. (i) They never, ever reveal themselves for who they really are or how they wield control. (ii) They always operate in total secrecy adhering to the policy of strict non-disclosure whenever necessary.
Should it be any other way, they would have lost their control as soon as another ambitious competitor outmaneuvered them for the peak position. This dynamic is one that is typical of any ego-driven hierarchy where everyone is always jockeying for a higher rung on the ladder of power. It is also unique to power structures which thrive on base energies, primal emotions and negative thoughts.
The same divide and conquer tactics that are utilized with awesome precision in maintaining control of the world are also used to keep in place the pecking order of the Global Control Matrix (GCM) leadership. Top-Down is how it works 24/7; fear is its primary tool of enforcement. Whoever leaves the reservation NEVER comes back, and usually doesn’t make it off, the higher one has ascended up the ladder. If one happens to make it off the reservation, surely you understand what lies ahead in their not-to-distant destiny. Can it be any other way for those who sit at the very top of the GCM, acting from a place of perceived absolute power? Which is why they do always fear exposure of their identity or the revelation of their plans … because it is in fact perceived power which allows them to keep their superior position.
The GCM has become so large and complex in this modern age that one can only conjecture about its structure, process and procedure, and leadership hierarchy. The true modus operandi (MO) with which the GCM operates is as inscrutable to the outside observer as it is misunderstood by the long term insider. In fact, both fail to perceive and apprehend the true MO that is always at work, because every member – from the top on down – has an increasingly limited perspective. This narrow perspective necessarily blinds everyone to the true intentions of the ultimate decision-makers, as well as to the purposes of their best laid plans.
Even to those on the inside, who are right next to the top decision-makers, the agendas, flow of information, organizational structure, outworking of the overlapping implementation plans, etc. may seem to fit an order and logic which ‘apparently’ becomes more discernible over time. However, those who truly control at the top are much too protective of their goals/objectives to allow for the inadvertent revelation of any of the vital points of information which might reveal their ultra-secret agendas. And the higher one climbs up the ladder, the more strictly applicable and uncompromising this standard operating principle (SOP) becomes.
Simply put, the GCM top leadership plans, coordinates and executes their respective implementation plans in such a way that each and every operation (op) occurs on a strictly need-to-know basis, as well as in a highly compartmentalized fashion. How many times have we heard that this is how the CIA conducts most of its business? Well, this is how it must be done if secrecy is to be maintained throughout such an organization. Especially if all of their various plots and schemes are to be perpetrated with any degree of success.

Because of the very nature of the age that we live in, there exists numerous circumstances which require certain types of control. Humankind is not sufficiently evolved spiritually to behave in a manner that would render government or law or other controls unnecessary. Due to the myriad challenges of life on earth, the human experience is fraught with obstacles and adversities which cause individuals and organizations to react inappropriately more frequently. Those who have been given control of the planet fear this unpredictable behavior, since it is uncontrolled chaos and pandemonium which they fear the most.
Yes, ORDO AB CHAO (order out of chaos) is the bedrock of their rule, but this usually occurs on their terms. Even when Mother Earth rocks and rolls unexpectedly, any period of subsequent mayhem can be capitalized on, as it often is, to exert even more oppressive controls. These are some of the defining qualities of the Kali Yuga: the age when the fourth leg of the symbolic bull has been broken after losing the other three legs during the three previous yugas. The 4th leg represents Truth which is replaced by falsehood. Have you watched the evening news (MSM propaganda) with all the intermittent pharmaceutical commercials (corporate mind control drugs) lately?! We haven’t.
You see, we are in the very depths of the Age of Iron, also know as the Kali Yuga. This age is literally defined by its extraordinary density. Compared to the Golden Age or Silver Age, you can imagine how much more dense is iron. Put some gold or silver side-by-side with a piece of iron and it quickly becomes obvious how much more gross and unrefined it is. Even the human body, its design and functioning, are operating on a vastly different level than it was during the previous three ages, to include the Bronze Age.
When this is the case, you can imagine that the human intellect and mind and ego are likewise functioning at a lower vibration. During the Kali Yuga, the grossness of the age is determined by the relentless “densification” of individual human conduct and collective human behavior. Therefore, where it concerns the accumulation of power and wealth and influence, the survival of the fittest reigns supreme in the upper echelons of the GCM. In other words, those who are willing to shed their humanity in the interest of gaining at the expense of others will rule the roost, as they currently do all around the world.
That’s not to say that truly benevolent dictators cannot emerge, because they certainly have from time to time. That’s also not to say that truly benevolent rulers will not ascend to the height of power in their respective kingdoms, nations or corporations, since there are ample instances of this occurring down through history. However, these are rather isolated events, as well as the fruit of the very good aggregate karma of those who share the common destiny to have good leaders.
The People Always Receive The Leadership They Deserve
We know, this is a tough one for most to grasp, but it’s entirely true. So try your best to understand and relate to this new and revolutionary program. If you do, you will be saved from much angst and anxiety.
The GCM was put into place by a power far superior to those who populate the matrix leadership, yes? If you have any disagreement here, then you might take some time out and contemplate the following story linked below. We have chosen this biblical story only because of how illustrative it is of this exceedingly critical point. For those outside of the Christian tradition, we are referring to the story of a biblical character by the name of Job.

When you understand the story of Job, you can truly apprehend the story of humankind in the context of 2012 on Planet Earth. All you have to do is substitute your name for Job in the actual bible story. That’s right, if you haven’t already become a “Job” at least once in your lifetime, then you’re probably about to. The circumstances shaping up around the globe have never been so conducive for this to take place 7 billion times. Not to worry, however, especially when you can successfully answer the following question.
Who was the ultimate power making the decisions to harass and harry Job with each adversity and affliction, with every trial and tribulation? It certainly wasn’t Satan, was it? He was simply used as an instrument to carry out a much higher will. Even though the original idea to make Job’s life miserable appeared to spring from the mind of Satan, it was actually the result of the sprouting of Job’s karma. As well as the will of the Almighty.
What’s the point? Fast forward to 2012 and all of us are continually pointing the finger at the forces outside of us (read GCM) for causing much of our pain and suffering. Just like Satan, those forces who appear to be running the show – all the way up to the very peak of worldly power – are simply doing the bidding of the very Highest Power. Not only is their very existence of divine origin and maintained through divine grace, but the outworking of their earthly power plays can only occur through the power of the Almighty.
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah — we know, this just makes no sense … that God, Himself, would ordain and will into existence such a chaotic and crazy world scenario as we see it unfold on the TV screen!
All we’re saying is that each individual originally created their own script. Each person is responsible for creating their own world exactly as it is. Actions beget their corresponding karmas. The more that thoughts and emotions are charged with energy, the deeper they will cut a karmic groove. Then, the predominant karmas will dig a deeper groove and aggregate in such a way so as to dictate destiny.
This is the story of life on planet Earth. Everyone with similar destinies then assembles in the same locations* in order to receive the fruit of their actions collectively. Just as each nation or city or family has its own destiny – good, bad or indifferent. We are talking about cause and effect here … for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction … what goes around comes around. This is especially the story at the end of the Kali Yuga when a LOT is “going and coming around” … … … fast and furiously.
In case we’ve lost anyone, the distillation of this essay can be found in the following answer to the question in the title: “Who really runs the world?”
ANSWER: Just as the Highest Power created and maintains the multiverse, it’s probably safe to say that He/She/It runs our little neck of the woods called Planet Earth as well.
However, as co-creators don’t we all run our own little world, too?
* Location. Location! Location ! ! !
Look around the world today and see how everyone’s location — more and more — dictates so much that happens to them and around them. None of us can change this, because it is determined by our destiny which was imprinted before our birth. We can, however, choose how we will respond to what occurs in our life or elsewhere on the planet. The attitude that we hold toward any life situation or challenging predicament is always ours to control, adjust or lighten up. Massage it with light and love and joy, and life will reflect it back.
So let’s get busy! The sooner we understand how our attitude will shape our future, the sooner the Global Control Matrix will dissolve for lack of support. Wethinks that may be happening at this very moment.

In my own studies, I’m looking for prophecies that are not ‘religion or scripture’ oriented. I want to compare non-religious prophecies to those of scriptural prophecies. They may have religious overtones, but the immediate cause was not a study into a religious prophecy.
I have found a few of these. The book above is one where the vision and prophecy was related while the man was in a coma.

Why are we born and what are we doing here?
Are we all mindless beings, mere products of chance born to consume, grind out a living chasing fulfillment in “things and then die?” [1]
Monotheism teaches that Man’s purpose is to worship a Jealous God, die a natural death and then off to Heaven or Hell. Man can do whatever he likes while he is here on earth and still go to heaven as long as he accepts the free gift of Salvation when God’s son was crucified on the cross.
Naturalism and Pantheism teaches Man’s purpose is to worship Mother Earth [an indifferent infinite impersonal God that encompasses all of reality], die a natural death. Man can do whatever he likes while he is here on earth because All is one, all is God, therefore in the end we All go back to the earth: heaven is not an issue.
Buddhism teaches Man’s purpose is to suffer: There is no God to worship. You can do whatever you like on this earth but if don’t pass the “good” test you are reborn [reincarnation] but not as the same person [similar but not identical to]. If you pass the “good” test and release your attachment to desire and the self then you are finally liberated from suffering and attain a Nirvana heaven.
Hinduism teaches that Man’s purpose is to worship a formless, limitless, all-inclusive, and eternal God, Brahman. You can do whatever you like on this earth but the actions of your soul while residing in your body require that it reap the consequences of those actions in the next life — the same soul in a different body. The Hindu soul is immortal therefore you don’t die you transmigrate. Your karma determines the kind of body your soul inhabits in the next life. If you pass the “good” test you attain Moksha, the soul’s liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth. [2]
None of the Ism’s make any sense unless you are looking for a viable alternative to an existential view of the world; being and nothingness.
Metaphysical Chess
What if we were born and we are here to be pawns in a Metaphysical “chess” game between Gaea (mother-earth) and The Global Financial Elite (TGFE)? [3]
Unlike the game of chess the pawns do not belong to either side. Gaea wants the pawns to see their purpose as caretakers of her garden — Earth. TGFE, armed with the lost knowledge from the ancient world Atlantis, creates a world where human pawns see their purpose in Monotheism and therefore can do whatever they like while they go shopping for useless toxic “stuff.” [4]
The philosophers, scholars and thinkers of the time without a 20th century perspective on environmental damage and pollution never considered that the bobbleheads, former serfs and slaves until the French Revolution, were just pawns in a game ”programmed” into shopping for stuff to trash the planet. Consumerism you will have to admit was a brilliant gambit (sacrifice) [6]
Environmental damage and pollution was the goal (until 2008) and not the unintended consequences of the Industrial Revolution and our consumer society. The Federal Reserve isn’t evil because they print our money and make us pay interest on it; they are evil because until October 2008 they gave the pawns a no-limit credit card that they used to buy houses, cars, RVs, TVs and DVDs—the “stuff” which, according to the GEO4, a massive United Nations report, put the planet and the chess game at the unknown points of no return.” The Question of Questions Liberté, Enlightenté, Entitleté [7]
Our consumer (shopping) society was a meticulous planned strategy to get the pawns to weaken [not kill] Gaea.
September 11, 2001 was a Metaphysical Catechism (Test) to determine if Gaea was sufficiently compromised from decades of environmental damage and pollution. If the Twin Towers had not collapsed and turned largely to dust then a One World Government/New World Order would have begun on 9/12. [8]
[Nota Bene:] September 10th the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) in the Straits of Hormuz, went to Battle Condition II, and prepared to invade Iraq. The order to stand down came five hours after the second tower collapsed; logic would dictate the invasion would go forward when the buildings collapsed and not be called off. [9]
The invasion of Iraq (the cradle of civilization) was called off because when the Twin Towers collapsed, TGFE understood that Gaea possessed sufficient physical strength and vitality to resist an evil take over of the Earth. And if you need more proof that TGFE accepted the test failed, what did George W. Bush tell us do on 9/12? Answer: “Go Shopping.”

Why does just about every pawn on earth have a cell phone?
The battle over environmental damage and pollution ended October 2008 in favor of the Earth. Our escalating financial crisis, an American Nightmare is an Environmental Dream for the planet. [10]
TGFE determined they could not win the game by giving up what’s left of their real wealth (the gambit [6]) so we could continue shopping for useless toxic stuff, to weaken mother-earth with environmental damage and pollution. In the 1990s TGFE financed and then wrote off the 1 trillion dollars it took to fund the transcontinental and transoceanic fiber-optic networks, infrastructure, as well as wireless research and development. The technology that makes it possible for the pawns to blog, blab, surf, email and text, virtually for free!
The endgame is about electromagnetic pollution. The 4.6 billion cell phones in the world are literally driving the earth crazy.
The smart phone, a crackberry’s dream, powerful enough to send a man to the moon, is an electromagnetic nightmare for the Earth. [11]

Even a child understands that the cell phone and the average service at $63/month have a very, very low price elasticity because changes in price (upper or lower) have little influence on demand (PED). AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile could increase your monthly bill by 1% or even a 5% without affecting the demand. Obviously the cell phone industry can’t be about profits. You would have to increase the price of the phone and the service by 25% to affect the demand!

Figure 29 seems to refer to the individual and, in particular, to a state of change that each individual can reach. This corresponds to the great change that is forecast in the Bible: a total renewal, a resurrection. The date given at the end is confusing since there is no such Roman numeral. At first glance it could be 43, but in Roman numerals this would be XLIII, in other words 50 minus ten plus 3. The fact that Paracelsus tells us this is a year is the clue to the correct interpretation of the figure. XX (20) XX (20) III (3) = 2023! God didn’t say you can’t know the year, and in fact, Daniel in chapter 12, verses 11&12 says Jesus will cometh back in 1335 days.

In order to calculate the date of the 2nd Coming of the Messiah and the End-of-the World, we need to identify the abomination that maketh desolate.And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate Dan 11:31
James Hastings, M.A., D.D. in the seventeenth century published a dictionary of the Bible that analyzes the different interpretations of Daniel 11:31. He concludes the verse refers to “The setting up by Antiochus Epiphanies of a small idol/altar on the altar of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem in 167 BC” and the Maccabean revolution.When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand). Mathew 24:15
The two verses refer to a conversation between Jesus, Peter, James and Andrew on the Mount of Olives. Before he mentions the abomination Jesus says the following to his disciples admiring the grandeur of the temple.
Seest thou these great buildings? There shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down Mark 13:2
Here Jesus is prophesying an event that is to take place within the lifetime of the disciples. August 29th in 70 A.D. (the exact same day the Babylonians burned down Solomon’s temple 657 years earlier) the Roman army razed Herod’s Temple to the ground.And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up in 688 A.D., there shall be 1290 years. Daniel 12:11
These two verses appear to be talking about the same time scale and the same event. But only if we assume an average month is thirty days – then forty-two months = 1260 days. An “average month” does not account for the extra day for a leap year. Using the reckonings from the Julian calendar and the extra day, the period of forty-two months is 1279 not 1260 days.Blessed is he that waiteth and cometh to the 1335 days. Dan 12, v12
Notice Daniel uses the term “Blessed.” Blessed is found throughout the Bible and is a word which is always a description of a state of grace that each individual can attain. A oneness with God, a state of redemption and can be better understood by the following verse from Revelation:
Blessed is he that hath part in the first resurrection, Rev 20, v6
In this verse the first resurrection refers to an apocalyptic event in our future, an event described in the preceding verse of Revelation.
And I saw thrones, and they that sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God,, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands: and they lived and reigned with Christ a 1000 years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the 1000 years were finished: this is the first resurrection. Rev 20, v4&5
These two verses reveal the enormity of the message given in the last verse of the book Daniel. Within the verse he is telling us that those who reach the 1335 days being blessed, have passed through Judgment Day, or as it is described in the Koran, “the day of resurrection”. Once again we must obey the instruction laid down by Ezekiel and count those days as years and again the starting point of our calculation is the abomination. [gurney]But go thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days. Dan 12, v13
The finality of this last verse is unequivocal and relates directly to the penultimate verse stating as it does that those who reach the 1335 days [years] are not only blessed but will have reach the “end of the days”.
Unless you are living under a rock you have heard about Nostradamas, the man who, 500 years ago, made an estimated 6,338 predictions/prophecies. Followers claim he predicted everything from Hitler to 9/11, the death of Princess Diana, along with the assassination of just about every important person in history.
The problem with believing this Nostradama nonsense is that all the “prophecies” require you interpret his metaphors and cryptic verses, add some numerology, and come up with a major event that fits the quatrain. Nostradamus’ style is so ambiguous you can make them fit almost any circumstance.
No one is really sure if Nostradamus was trying to predict the future when he wrote the quatrains, published in Les Propheties (The Prophecies) in 1555.
In the place very near not far from Venus,
The two greatest ones of Asia and of Africa,
From the Rhine and Hister they will be said to have come,
Cries, tears at Malta and the Ligurian side.
This is one of the more popular quatrains; it is said to describe Hitler (Hister) at a meeting with Mussolini in which they made plans for Italy to formally enter the Second World War.
The problem, of course, is that Hister was the term used in the time of Nostradamus to describe the Danube river. The quatrain does seem to describe a war that has some relation to Germany, but there is no way of connecting this to Hitler or the Second World War. Nostradamus: the World will not End in 2012
What surprises me is that people believe Nostradamus predicted the End-of-the-World in 2012:
When twenty years of the Moon’s reign have passed
another will take up his reign for seven thousend years.
When the exhausted Sun takes up his cycle
then my prophecy and threats will be accomplished.

The following quatrains of Nostradamus arithmetically predict the End-of-the-World and a frightening scenario of the future at the end of 2022. [1]

The Second Coming Of Christ is generally considered the End-of-the-World as we know it.

There are three stumbling blocks that have kept mankind and scholars from fully understanding the book of Revelation and the event that ranks as one of the most important in the history of the Jews, Christians and Muslims: “The abomination of the desolation”.
- Believers and Biblical scholars spend their time interpreting and reinterpreting the scriptures to convince themselves they either (a) get the blessings promised to Israel or (b) will be raptured right before the tribulation.
- The year of the 2nd Coming could not be verified until the latter half of the twentieth century.
- An “error” made in the seventeenth century

Jesus contradicts this interpretation in the gospels,
But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand). Mark 13:14

As Jesus places the event of the abomination after the destruction of the temple in 70 A.D. and uses the words “when ye shall see” (Mark 13:14), he places the event in the future.
It is impossible the abomination spoken of by Jesus could have taken place prior to 70 AD and therefore any exegesis that identifies the abomination, as 167 B.C. is the “error” made over 1400 years ago.
Jesus predicts the location of the abomination will be somewhere that is not only a “holy place”, but also a place that under normal circumstances would be forbidden.
Within the Jewish faith the biblical term “holy place” can only mean The Holy Temple in Jerusalem. After its destruction in 70 A.D. leaving only the Western or Wailing Wall, the Holy Temple was never rebuilt. The ground where the Temple stood, the Temple Mount, and the Wailing Wall is to the Jews “the most holy place” in Jerusalem.
Construction begins on the abomination of desolation in 688 A.D.
On the death of Abu Bakr, Omar ibn al Khattab, advisor to Mohammed became the second caliph and ordered that a magnificent golden domed mosque, Islam’s third holiest shrine, be built… directly over “the most holy place” in Jerusalem.
The Mosque of Omar, The Dome of the Rock is the correct identification of the abomination of desolation.
Applying the date of 688 A.D. to Daniel
Biblical scholars acknowledge the words of Ezekiel who wrote 30 years before Daniel. “I have appointed thee each day for a year”. Using each day for a year,
Blessed is he that waiteth for the Messiah and cometh to the 1335 years or 2023. 12:12
Revelation Chapter 11, verse 2&3 confirms this date.
But the court which is without the Temple leave out and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months (1279 days). And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a 1260 days, clothed in sackcloth. Revelation 11:2&3

We also know verse 1 refers to the area outside the temple as being in the hands of the Gentiles (non Jews) as well as the holy city of Jerusalem for 1279 years (“each day for a year”.); and in verse 2 the two witnesses of God the Jewish people, the Houses of Judah and Israel, will prophesy or preach for a similar 1260 years “clothed in sackcloth”. Sackcloth is symbolic of regret, repentance and mourning.
What these two verses are saying is that the Jewish people will lose their place of worship including the city of Jerusalem; it will be given over to non Jewish people until the first few hours of the six-day war in 1967 (688 A.D. + 1279) when for the first time since the capture of Jerusalem and destruction of the temple by Titus in 70 A.D. the Jewish people not only had their own state May 14th 1948 (688 A.D. + 1260) they once again controlled “the most holy place” in Jerusalem.
So now the Bible has correctly given us the three most important dates in the history of the Jewish people in this century; 1948, 1967 and 1978 (688 A.D. + 1290 The Camp David Peace accord). [2]
The last date recorded in Daniel, the Second Coming Of Christ and the End-of-the-World as we know it can now be calculated. [3]

I was doing some research this weekend for this site and the thought hit me that the Oahspe might have prophetical revelations in it.
Has anyone out there in internet land researched this possibility?
Dr. John Ballou Newbrough, through spirit writing over a couple decades came up with the Oashpe. Many think its a hoax, but what dentist in the 1800s would spend a lifetime to create such a massive hoax? He never really made any money from it, nor did he promote himself, as modern money grabbing preachers do today.
What amazed me were the scientific principles that would not be discovered for another 50-100 years that his spirit guides wrote about.
I’d be interested in anyone’s research on Oahspe as prophecy.
