This site employs the Fair Use exceptions of copyright laws in a limited usage.

We do not simply go out and start copying news or articles just to fill up pages. We only select certain articles that our guests and registered viewers desire to read or have interest in.

We link back or give the link to the source where we obtained the information on most of the articles posted here.

We aggregate news articles that are in a certain vein to assemble those items on a single site for our viewers.

Our viewers can then feel safe that what we post will not contain persistent cookies and tracking software from the source or from advertisements on the source. Sometimes we may employ Fair Use for convenience of our viewers due to the source overloading their pages with so many ads that lock up a viewers browser or slow down their site to a crawl. There are no hidden tracking images on this site.

This is why people prefer to come to this site rather than the major news sources on the internet.

We do not attempt to make money from reposting under Fair Use. There are NO outside advertisements on our site. The only ads our viewers will see are internal, no-tracking ads, that simply support the existence of the site itself.

We are not SELLING advertising nor are we tracking our guests, as do many news agencies.

Since we are NOT SELLING advertising, but merely aggregating certain types of articles for our registered viewers, we claim all rights and exemptions of the Fair Use laws.
