DARPA. I agree that they are trying to instill fear, but the gun-rights angle is being viewed from the wrong frame here. The push was to increase voter approval of gun registration. People can buy all the guns they want, but Big Brother thinks if the people acquiesce to registration, they can confiscate at any time, in increments if necessary.

The main thing to consider is that these psychological false flags are not the narrowly focused operations that many consider them, but full-spectrum operations with dozens, if not hundreds, of well-studied and considered possibilities for exploitation by NWO actors.
